Meeting report

In professional communication, LSEC 307, we were required to form a group of four for performing a professional meeting in selected topics. Our group is consists of: Abdulla AlBaloushi which is the chairman, the minutes taker Ahmed AlQasemi, Khaled,and Ali as the participants. The Venue preparation were snacks and water, and the topic of the meeting was about HCT international college. However, the agenda included the following: International college definition, benefits of accepting multinationals to study in ADMC (exchanging), how to implement and progress with this system, and issues resulting from this implementation and possible solutions. The objective behind performing the meeting is to decide whether to implement a multinational educational system to ADMC and take the education in the UAE to the next level. The meeting went very well and it was successful due to the actions that the members of the meeting decided to do in order to prepare ADMC for the education development. To be more specific, Ali and Ahmed were assigned to distribute brochures for the students.  Ali will give an orientation for the other students. Also, I’m requested to organize with the Academic services, and Abdulla will chair another meeting for checking out the results.
